Job Duties
While working as a RBT, you will be required to:
•    Work 1:1 with students to provide them the support they need
•    Implement the Behavior intervention Plan (BIP) set out by the BCBA
•    Document and record progress of the student
•    Collaborate with school staff
•    Provide behavioral support to students using ABA techniques

Requirements 
•    RBT Certification through the BACB  
•    Experience working with children in the school setting preferred
•    Experience working with behavior caseloads
•    ABA Experience
